Through this site's contact form I collect exclusively the data you decide to share with me:

- phone number (optional);
- a description of your needs (optional).
This site uses no tracking cookies, no analytics tools and does not profile visitors. Technical data strictly necessary to deliver the service may be collected by the hosting provider (Netlify), under its own privacy policy.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed solely to reply to your enquiry and, if it leads to an engagement, to perform the contract. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if an engagement starts, for the administrative and tax obligations required by law. Contact enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months.
5. Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed by strictly necessary providers: Netlify (hosting and form handling, USA — transfer covered by standard contractual clauses) and the email provider. There are no profiling systems.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
